- Small company with lots of smart, hard-working people constantly making amazing things happen. - Get to work with advanced, market-leading technology (cloud, video, graphics). - Great, people - employees themselves will tell you it feels like a family. Very few toxic people make it in, and the ones that do eventually find the door. People (from all ranks — including the C-levels) are both kind and compassionate, and over-exertion of ego is frowned upon. - Excellent work-life balance. In my 7 years there I had to work off-hours only a handful of times. Granted, the closer you are to production you might get called more often when something goes wrong. But overall, family & personal lives are prioritized and off-hours are respected. Flexible WFH. - Lots of investment in employee happiness and engagement, company morale, culture building, employee career development.

- Company being small means that often resources are lacking which can slow down or delay projects. - Inter-team projects can take a while to complete. That said, the process is always improving, and is already light-years better than it was just a year or two ago.
