Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with this company. It started well then it went downhill recently when all of the new management started making unnecessary changes and disrupting teams and getting rid of individuals that work hard. I would stay away, it's pretty horrible now and people do not care about you!

Very relaxed for the type of work

It's a very relaxed work environment. I think it's a great stepping stone for experience, it's a good ace to learn the skills you need to help you get a job at a company with better pay, and more room to grow. For the most part I like most all the people I work with. The supervisors are all pretty decent. Compared to most other companies the pay is at the minimum, you have to "earn" vacation days, sometimes you have to work Christmas, and Christmas eve. Personally I would rather be with my family. The people in lead positions aren't going anywhere, so there isn't a good chance of advancement. Might as well get in line.
