Stable job, standard benefits (mobile, laptop), high salary in comparison with Italian standard right now. Good collegues, good sense of "family": employees are very loyal. Quite flexible working hours, many of the employees do shift jobs due to the newspaper working time.
|
Bad management in quite every division, they can't figure out what to do the week after. Quite no carreer opportunities, and the salary is the same since years with no extra benefit.
