Good for experience but not worth it

amazing people
get to know the ecosystem and get an understanding of the role

Horrible CEO, thinks he knows best but is very old school - not looking for real input from anyone and expects you to be a robot shooting emails everywhere and cold calling 200 people every week, sets IMPOSSIBLE goal so that he wouldn't have to pay bonuses for employees.
The max amount of time that people stay there is something like a year and then they just run away.. but let's say an average of 6 months until you either get fired or leave..
