ImageSoft does a great job of hiring people that fit the workplace atmosphere and it is a fun place to work. They provide many perks such as free lunch from time to time, free coffee and tea, and free fruit and snacks. They also do several company outings per year at no charge to the employees. However, the actual work is not as nice. Management seems to value flash over substance and that can seriously derail any advancement opportunities. The client base is focused on local governments, which has strict payment guidelines. Bottom line is that because of the client base, the annual revenues are not nearly what they should be for a company such as this, and it creates an endless cycle of leeching money on projects.
