Multiple locations allows for employment opportunities throughout California. Good benefits and clean safe work environments. High-level of dissatisfaction and rapid turnover rate within the company shows lack of leadership. Company doesn't seam to want to hear of problems or ways to improve. Any efforts to do so will result in short employment. there seams to be very poor communication level within all departments.
