imFORZA is a boutique marketing agency staffed with extremely talented and dedicated employees. The Founder/CEO is an incredibly smart, yet laid back guy who genuinely cares about his employees and clients. For the duration of my internship, he served as my mentor, training me in an array of marketing tools and skills. Work schedule, and internship program in general, is flexible and can be tailored to your specific needs and interests.
As of the end of 2017, imFORZA is now located in the Playa Vista WeWork--a beautiful shared workspace. The building has kitchens on every floor stocked with free coffee and tea, as well as beer and kombucha on tap! This environment is ideal for networking with like-minded professionals and for anyone who loves dogs.
Overall, this marketing internship experience proved very valuable, opening the door to several full time career opportunities. Highly recommend!!

Nothing I was not aware of going in... This internship was unpaid, so best for students/grads who do not have any financial commitments. Street parking can be hard to find if you do not have a permit for the parking structure.

None, really-- it's a small company, so you'll likely "wear a lot of hats"-- but if you do it right, you'll learn a lot. Management puts the onus on its team to devise new ideas/ways to improve workflows, so this company is best for people who like to take on responsibility and think outside the box.

An absolutely amazing company with smart and dedicated employees dedicated to delivering the best marketing solutions and services to their clients. I honestly could not have asked for a better company to work for as I began my career in digital marketing.
Along with being located in a beautiful neighborhood, and flexible work hours, this company really stressed the importance of education (best marketing practices and web dev. to all workers).
The CEO is incredibly hands-on and never loses his cool - even in the most stressful of predicaments. Having such accessibility to the CEO made working here that much more enjoyable.
I will take all that I have learned from this company and CEO with me as I pursue other endeavors.

An absolutely fun, energetic ideal startup environment to work in. There was also a cute dog that surprised us every once in a while. Oh and you'll learn to fall for macs over PC's once you get your hands on one. Great people, great vibes! But best of all, a great level headed, genuine leader and great training for new hires.

There is so many good food places near by. But remember it makes it hard to focus after eating a full meal with your co-workers... But every once in a while its worth the walk:)
