She treats her employees like trash and is constantly talking down to everyone (even to the client while on calls). 2) There are systems and processes in place but the CEO will change them on a whim and will not inform the team, however, she will chastise the team when those new processes aren't followed (you're supposed to be a mind reader, apparently). 3) The culture that has been created by the CEO is toxic at best. There's no HR department to help balance things out. If we have a problem with the CEO, we're supposed to report it to the CEO...see the issue there? 4) Extremely stressful environment. The CEO will find fault in everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) you do. Even if the client is happy with our services, the CEO will make sure to tear you down. 5) The CEO does not make logical decisions. Everything is based on emotions which has shown to hurt the company but she doesn't seem to care. 6) Pay is not good and there are no benefits offered other than reimbursing for your health insurance up to a certain amount and $50/month for your phone bill. 7) The turn over rate is extremely high and we were rapidly losing clients to other agencies. 8) You must record EVERY conversation you have with her and keep track of all written communication. If not, she'll conveniently forget the direction she gave you and will yell at you later for not following her imaginary instructions. Also, I am not convinced the positive reviews on this page are legitimate. The social media manager we had during the time the review states, left our company to go work for our direct competitor (as many former iMiller employees have done). We also have not had an intern in the time that I've been at iMiller so the review in August of 2020 isn't accurate. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
