This place is a nightmare

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. For starters I was forced out of my job because of a scheduled surgery, the district manager didn’t care at all. It was insensitive and insulting.
The company forced all the employees to write positive reviews on glass door during the COVID 19 pandemic. The positive reviews are all false pertaining to COVID, if you notice they were all written within a two day window.
The next nightmare came when I had to deal with HR/payroll department. I had an issue with unemployment and iMobile took over a month to even acknowledge it, I was told several stories and constantly given the runaround. HR promised more than once to call me back, which never happened. At one point HR hung up the phone on me and flat out refused to help me with the payroll problems. I’ve never dealt with such a ridiculous, unprofessional group of people in my life.
No salary at iMobile, managers were paid hourly.
If you want a company that will literally not care about you at all, you’ve found the right place.

Lots work , Micromanagement, Pressure on employee and problems roll down the hill, District Managers pressures alot. May ask you to work off the clock to meet their new requirement and to make commission. Mandatory meetings on your off day for RSA as well. Slight ifferent pay from other Tmobile. You dont hit $30/hr. You lose your entire commission.

I worked when it was still Sprint. Hopefully the move to T-Mobile forces you to reassess the culture of the entire organization. The store managers basically have to push the reps to lie cheat and steal for the stores to make their goals.
