Best company ever!
The best culture I've ever been apart of. Our leadership is cutting edge and very thoughtful of all employees on both professional and personal levels. The company is like a giant family all working towards the same goal day in and day out. The perks are out of this world. The best company to work for!
There are no cons to working for Impact.

Amazing Company
Rapid growth opportunities.
Leadership is open to feedback and cares about staff, they are honest and make good on promises.
Strong long-term vision and growth plans, with the talent to achieve it.
Strong focus on continued development of individual skills.
As with many rapid growth companies, it's difficult to find enough talent to keep up with expansion. For many this is a con as it requires the team to buckle down and pick up any slack.

Lots of work, even more fun!
This is a culture company that really means it! The company grows and grows, which makes for a metric ton of work and the occasional chaos. With that work comes a gratifying place to be employed, tons of amazing people to work with, leadership that is forward-thinking, and a ton of fun.
This is a place that rewards effort and skill and does it on the quick. No waiting around to advance due to bureaucracy.
It's a growing company. That isn't a con in and of itself, but there are growing pains to deal with. They aren't major issues, however.

More training and tools. Impact already does a great job on this, but with growth comes the need for further structured training.

Working here gave me a lot of good business experience
A lot of good people at the branch level. Team atmosphere helps to keep sales teams motivated and pushing forward. A wide range of products and services to help organizations.
Compensation structure changes annually. Some positions and departments are under-valued. Not a lot of work-life balance. Lack of job security if leaders decide to change directions with one of the multiple divisions.

We do, at times, change our compensation plans at the beginning of a new year after our finance team and sales executives do an extensive analysis of what is best for our reps. Toxic, unstable, ignorant, and intolerable racism
Great initial training (Ashley is amazing); some really talented people who are underutilized and underpaid; a few great executives/managers/partners
Absolutely toxic and unhealthy work environment. Impact "claims" that they don't make anyone work extra hours to be successful - but they know darn well you have to sacrifice your soul to even be average.
I never worked less than a 12 hour day, and felt like that wasn't even ever enough. Management thinks that sending cookies and sweatshirts erases mysogyny, racism, lack of resources to adapt to do our jobs during COVID, and downright unprofessional behavior.
At this company I've witnessed first-hand racist comments, treating women inferiorly, preferrantial treatment to "favorites," management who are only qualified by tenure not skill, and a "what can you do for us?" mentality solely.
People here are SO underpaid. In every position. I know what managers here made, and even some executives. If you think you make even average money here, you're wrong.
IMPACT EMPLOYEE WHO WILL RESPOND TO THIS: please do not EVER try to invalidate my experience of blatant racism from half a dozen people at your organization in my short time there. If you try to make an excuse for that behavior (which I reported to HR while I was still employed) you are gaslighting those who are trying to bring honest light to circumstances you likely are privileged enough to never have to worry about.

Just take a cold hard look at how your overall rating here on Glassdoor for the company and CEO have declined steadily and consistently over 2 years (note: to be fair, I never got the chance to meet Frank Cucco in person, however any CEO who allows this type of behavior to be as significant as it is gets my disapproval - there's no way he isn't aware of this, and there are reviews going back YEARS that state what I'm saying too).
I KNOW that someone from HR or recruiting is going to respond to this and have some canned response - but when are you going to wake up and smell the roses? What will another 2 years bring? Will you go from a 4.7 (whic your rating was when I joined and is now a 3.9) to a 2.7?? When will you stop making excuses and start making chnage?

We hear you, and we are disappointed and very sorry to hear about your experience with Impact. First and foremost, Impact does not condone racism or harassment in any form. That said, it has been confirmed that no one in Impact\u2019s HR department has received a complaint about racism in the workplace. We encourage you to contact our HR team at your earliest convenience at ImpactHumanResources@impactnetworking.com to provide more information so we can remedy this issue, should it be necessary.\n \nImpact is committed to promoting a positive work environment for all employees without discrimination. This past year we have invested in several diversity and inclusion initiatives including partnering with Diversity Jobs and creating a Diversity & Inclusion Board. Additionally, the HR department has implemented a survey that goes out to employees who have been with the company for 2-3 months requesting feedback (either anonymously or not) about their time at Impact thus far, how they feel included or not, etc.\n \nWith respect to the extra hours, all salaried employees are required to work a typical 40-hour work week, although many of our sales reps choose to put in extra time to ensure they are meeting and/or exceeding their sales goals. Our sales reps can significantly increase their base pay through commission.
