Good pay, good environment, liked coworkers, just did not enjoy the day to day. It’s a hard job and requires a lot from you. 0.0 0.0 4.0 1.0 5.0 3.0 4.0 3.0 Jan 23rd, 2021 03:13AM Mar 19th, 2021 07:56PM Impact Networking
private:impactnetworking https://www.indeed.com/cmp/impact-networking,-llc/reviews Oct 21st, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Open Impact Networking, LLC Account Manager/Sales Lake Forest, IL USA Overworked alcoholics with little moral or ethical standards Impact Networking was my first real employer after graduating college. They loop you in from the start by showing you all the cool and expensive technology they have in the offices and how this is commonplace for them as “innovators” in the copier/IT space. This is very alluring, especially when it’s combined with talks of kegs in the office, crazy holiday parties, and making $100K your first year easily. However, upon being hired it quickly became clear that this is all a front. The managers do little to help you, unless you are a personal friend or a top seller. Constant promises of solid trainings and information about products and services, but meetings never have any substance. Impact is a MSP (managed service provider) for things that are much more technical than a business grad likely understands. To compensate for this, there is promise of specialists to go on meetings to explain to potential customers how it works. Again, favoritism wins out and the same people will take the specialists because their meetings have more revenue potential, leaving new guys to explain our ERP implementation options (or anything else) WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT IT IS. Starting out where things began, the company doesn’t know how to manage its profits and overspends to create truly cool workspaces and physical environments, however, this only causes them to severely lay people off in times of slight unrest. Company laid off 300+ employees over a few days in late March. Some of which had been there for many years to even a decade plus. No concern for sustainability, all one showboat of an overinflated company that can’t manage its ego or itself. If you have tenacity for sales and are driven, please work somewhere your talent will be better appreciated. Company vehicle, solid base salary and benefits for college grads Long days, toxic work environment, misogynistic, full of fake people 0.0 0.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 3.0 2.0 Jan 23rd, 2021 03:13AM Mar 19th, 2021 07:58PM Impact Networking
private:impactnetworking https://www.indeed.com/cmp/impact-networking,-llc/reviews Aug 21st, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Open Impact Networking, LLC Digital Marketing Specialist Chicago, IL USA Impact Networking I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work for ES99 (Impact Networking) for just over a year and while I made lots of lifelong friends and learned a lot from the talented individuals I worked with, I will always remember how I was treated by impact management at the end of the day. I started working with the team at ES99 just over a year ago, working closely with the account team, creative team and development team to get to know the clients inside and out, and put together world class strategies. We got to know the clients business like it was our own and really make a difference for someone's business or their dreams. I would often find myself working closely with every team member, learning from everyone and putting our best work forward to really make a difference. I remember putting in the time to drive out to clients individually across multiple states. Driving to Indiana, driving to Wisconsin and being with people that were always happy to do it. I remember being asked to speak on behalf of the company at Impact Optimize and seeing the CEO at my presentation. But in the end, after a year of hard work and feeling like we were making a difference, I was let go due to “covid -19 and internal restructuring”. I wasn’t called into a meeting because we were all working from home, but that’s the best part, I wasn’t even called. They informed me via email, on my day off. I guess I didn’t work hard enough to even deserve a phone call or any sort of discussion as to why I was let go. There are(or were) lots of amazing individuals at ES99, but in the end Impact Management just decided to get rid of me and didn’t even have the courtesy to call me. Work here, but just know that at the end of the day, you are a nothing but a number. Incredibly Talented & Creative Individuals you get to call your friends. Hands down the best company I have worked for. Everyone seemed content and motivated to make the workplace a happy environment. He has no clue how to run that department. He has alot of unreachable goals. He was great at making me feel worthless. His way or the highway. I chose the highway after working there 14 plus years. Best thing I ever did. Lots of favoritism as well. Hours, close to home, vacation time. Poor managnent, pay, attitudes and back stabbing employees. 0.0 0.0 1.0 4.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 Jan 23rd, 2021 03:13AM Mar 20th, 2021 01:13PM Impact Networking
private:impactnetworking https://www.indeed.com/cmp/impact-networking,-llc/reviews Apr 23rd, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Open Impact Networking, LLC Business Development Specialist Indianapolis, IN USA Great people, wide range of product offerings and strong focus given to culture. Some challenges with lack of processes due to rapid growth. The company has a lot of opportunity. Overall my time spent with Impact was a good experience. The company grew at such a rapid rate that at times it felt like there weren't processes in place to get things done efficiently. This, along with the perceived value of certain positions were the biggest challenges. Impact employs a lot of great people, has a strong focus on company culture, training, and bringing new product offerings to the market that help drive businesses forward. 0.0 0.0 4.0 3.0 4.0 3.0 3.0 4.0 Jan 23rd, 2021 03:13AM Mar 20th, 2021 01:13PM Impact Networking

private:impactnetworking https://www.indeed.com/cmp/impact-networking,-llc/reviews Mar 24th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Open Impact Networking, LLC Contracts Administrator Lake Forest, IL USA Demands Are High Pretty demanding in terms of what you need to learn and how much you need to remember in the time given. They praise their culture but it will be different to everyone. Expect low pay for the quantity of work. Certain departments are better than others in terms of their team and organization. Great job for anyone out of college. Most departments don't have room to grow, so don't expect to stay unless you're willing to stay stagnate. 0.0 0.0 3.0 3.0 5.0 2.0 3.0 4.0 Jan 23rd, 2021 03:13AM Mar 19th, 2021 08:13PM Impact Networking
