Base pay is competitive, health insurance plans are covered by Impossible Foods for individual to family plans, recently announced 401k match, opportunity to learn various areas of the business since this industry is so volatile. Amazing people and teams!

Sometimes there are bonus programs, it's unclear and no cadence. Lack of structure and processes. Favoritism throughout the company. Management asks you to do more, such as if you are promoted you still have to do your old job and new job. There were also layoffs and the workload was given to the remaining employees with no recognition or increase in pay. Definitely resource constraint. Inconsistent and unclear on who and why needs to return to office. Equity is given but it's value has decreased greatly.
