Voted Top 100 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For (2013, 2014). Company integrates and practices the incentive rewards programs we sell to our customers. Common to see employees recognizing one another for working hard, and demonstrating the company's core values. Small company (growing! ) but is categorized as a small business--therefore compensation is base + bonus. With minimal base salary. Was told during the interview process that this was a new position, and upon 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year evaluations we would discuss increasing my salary package. However, upon my evaluation at 3 months I was presented with Bonus Structure Guidelines that actually reduced the amount of "qualified bonus" money earned so far, and made it nearly impossible to achieve. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 4.0 5.0 3.0 4.0 2.0 4.0 555318 Open Be very clear and truthful about compensation packages; and the rules, guidelines, and earning potentials of sales people. Management will have a difficult time on-boarding new employees (whose financial livelihood depends on commissions/bonuses) -- especially sales people. Because, these are your front-line employees--sales drives the business from the street to the bank account; the sales people know the numbers, are conditioned to see thru the "BS" and must be fully engaged with the company to sell its products/services. If you live in Tel Aviv then there is no traffic to get there. The product is fairly well developed Low salaries. Long working hours. Demanding Israeli customers. The product needs many customization.
