Always working on newer technologies which keeps the job interesting. Also, there is an emphasis and requirement on new learning constantly. This makes the job even more interesting. Leadership of the company is good and very hands-on and therefore technical mentorship is easily available. Also have opportunities to take initiative on ideas and implement them and appropriate support is rendered from the company side.

Small company and tend to remain as a small company. The opportunities are therefore more client exposure focused than internal focused. This can be both good and bad.
