I had the privilege of growing with InCrowd from half a dozen employees to half a hundred. The company has had its ups and downs, but the honesty and openness of the founders and leadership has made the experience one I would not exchange for anything.
InCrowd has a minimum of intrigue, great ground rules for communication, and sufficient humility to learn from its mistakes. Most importantly it has some truly excellent individuals who are a joy to work with.
I believe this last point comes from a culture that truly values diversity, meaning that people feel free to be their best as they don't need to waste energy conforming.
InCrowd has standard startup perks, underpinned by a core belief that we're all adults and a default position of trust.

One could argue that caution is not a negative, but I wonder what might have been accomplished with a little less hedging between service and technology. I hope their current gambles pay off richly.
