Team is managed by an incompetent Lead.
HR Director is completely depend on the lead, hence he takes undue advantage of situations. Favouritism is at it's peak.
Immature team members specifically one who takes care of onboarding process. Being in HR field, they do not have any ethics and basic etiquettes.
Very average work style since team members openly make fun of others and fight on the floors.
