There are so many pros an Individual can think about, some of which I experienced are as:
1 - Best Team Support
2 - Thinking out of the box, while providing a solution for anything.
3 - A base where a TRUE DEVELOPER can be formed.
There are many more pros, once you join you can get that experience.

Talking about the cons, I haven't experienced any yet. The environment here is so good that you can't think about any cons. After all it's upto you.

Fake people, no one consern about you..no personal life..they will not treat you as employees..treat you like slave..
They kept some amount of your salary in the name of Performance incentive and that supposed to give you at last of your..they will give you 30 percent by saying that you are getting much higher than others..
Don't recommend anyone to not joi this organisation..
Leader have no view..no future..it was startup and remain startup..zero chances to grow.

It's hard to believe but I could not find any pros except working with one specific employee of Indicus Software on whom all the rest of the people are dependant.

1. Very bad management.

Management is terrible. All unqualified people are appointed just because of old relations with owner. some managers cant speak even proper english. one of them cant speak even hindi properly.
Highly unprofessional environment. Company is downsizing but all managers have their jobs intact due to good relation with owner.
Employees are forced to resign by giving funny reasons.
if you resign you get worst treatment in the world. They also cut your salary showing some funny facts.

You will get lot of chances to show you abilities but you can not show your talent because management will always interfare with your work and will keep you always in the pressure.
|
So much inteference by senior management even people who dont have any skill/ knowledge will try to teach you.
They only keep expectation to be there for minimum 12-14 hours.
Even if you finish your work in time they will not allow you to office on time and if you leave office before 7:30 then you will receive a lot of task on other day.
Management people distributes task in such a way that you will think they are taking revenge of something.
Crucial policies and lot of policies release every week.
Near around 20 employees only but out of 20 , 15 are manager, so you can imagine the inner situation.
If you resigns then they will offer you to go on site.
If you go on site they will give very less money not per market standard.
If you resignation is accepted they there revenge goes in last phase. You will get lot tasks.l, ask for coming on Saturday sunday for no reason.
If you deny to come on weekends they will deduct your salary.
In notice period they will not pay you. They will pay full amount on last day of working and will cut some amount from your salary for no reason.
They think they are best in the world but the fact is that no company can be worst than indicus.
If you don't trust this review then have discussion with past employees of indicus software. (Employees who left in last 3-4 year). No one will suggest you to work there.
If you work here then your personal life will get disturbed, even their managers will interfare in your personal life.
About appraisal : dont expect any increment in you salary, they will not increase your salary in any case.

Easy interview. interested in finding cheapest person to work.
Nothing to be specific if you do not get motivation from them. There are no pros at all about this company and just a
waste of time and absolutely no growth.
Friendly team members.

Pathetic pre-sales. No assurance of new projects or technologies. Managers oriented company. Very poor salary package.
There are no standard estimation rules for projects. Estimations all most are on tight side for many projects.
All most requests/tasks are marked urgent to suck your blood.
worked till late night for project delivery on multiple occasions. came on weekends.
There is no work life balance.
Infrastructure wise - the company has small premises with not many facilities.
Lack of transparency to the HR policies. They have their own policies these are very crucial to follow. They are one sided player,
they change their polices as per their convenience.
They mostly recruit freshers since freshers have ability to take torture more than experienced candidates.
A few rubbish policies keep coming and going every now and then. They only know how to exploit and harass their employees.
Lack of management skills so think before joining
Unethical, unprofessional and worst management ever.
