The only good thing about this company is their remote work arrangement.

Beware, power tripping among people from the management is very rampant. They will hold you back from progressing in your career even if you meet every criteria that they set.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CHANGE IN COMPANY CULTURE

WFH arrangement and flexible schedule

1. Huge change in company culture. It used to be very fun and fulfilling to work with InDinero but now everyone is just demotivated and uninspired, even people from the leadership admits it.
2. Management disregards employee concerns. I experienced being ignored by an HR manager when I tried to share my concerns regarding my employment.
3. Career progression is very slow since the firm doesn’t have any specific metric for it. You literally have to advocate for your own promotion, otherwise, you might stay at the same position with barely any salary increase.
4. With the way things are going in the company, I don’t see InDinero as a company that you would want to stay for a long time or even the rest of your career. It is more of a launchpad to get work experience and get better opportunities.
