A great place to work. Management at my individual store was horrendous. A lot of shady things going on behind the scenes. I love my customers and majority of coworkers. Management needs review.

rules change in accordance with the management's mood. Technological knowledge and ability is valued only if you have strong ties with the corupt unprofessional supervisors. Same goes with retribution. One can even get fired, as I was just for trying to bring up issues with the management.
Bottom line; get along with the corrupt system or suffer!

Management is all about keeping their cushy jobs. Most people here are over 60 or close to 60 years of age.
It's a gravy train for senior employees; a soup line for younger employees to whom they've hitched the gravy train.
Lot's of covering for old relationships without accountability to the customer.
In a nutshell, work here if you like going along to get along.
Don't expect anybody to do the right thing if it endangers their (or their ancient coworkers) retirement plans.
