Engineers hold enough power to prevent thorough and considerate strategy decisions. I would recommend the founders consider how to build a stronger Customer Experience and Growth investment to ensure that we can grow and broaden the market, particularly with Enterprise and Product-Led Growth. Alignment is a struggle because a SaaS tool does not create alignment. A vision and values-led culture investment would. Sometimes Marketing leadership takes on too tactical a role and could delegate decision-making authority to get more done.

coworkers at management level and lower are amazing, collaborative and great to work with. fantastic remote culture with an Outreach Club that puts together fun, employee events (company sponsored). health benefits are covered for you and all dependents. great medical leave and parental leave policies. unlimited time off that you can actually use and not be frowned upon.

late stage start up but just launched a new product, so a bit of volatility. c-level isn't the best but isn't the worst. most haven't been in c-level positions before and are learning as they go.

You really can't ask for a better group of people to work with. They have taught me so much and I continue to learn from them everyday.
