Low wages, high turnover on overhead staff, leadership is focused on partying and making friends with employees and constantly lies to appear intellectual to colleagues, DRAMA, exec will literally give you everything you want/need the first 6 months of knowing you and will hold it over your head for eternity, so much drama.

Work Hard / Play Harder - InfoTek is very serious about the work they are doing, but they know how to also chill out, have great get togethers and parties, and generally just make working for them feel great.
