The culture is amazing, and everyone is so welcoming and supportive. The best part is that you're given full ownership of your work, which allows you to take risks and grow as an individual. There are also endless opportunities to learn new things and work on exciting projects from scratch. The founders are always accessible and willing to lend a helping hand, which is something I really appreciated. The team is also incredibly friendly and supportive, making for a fantastic work environment.

I do have to admit, though, that there were a few areas where the company could improve. For one thing, they didn't appreciate their employees as much as they should. But you know what? If you work really hard, it does reflect on your salary hike, so it's not all bad.

1. Worst work life balance. 2. Stretched hours 3. No recognition of your hard work, they only demand work at time 4. I was in trauma during my job in Inito. My mental health was very poor. 5. No holidays on festival or anything.

I had a really bad experience in the first round of interview itself. Firstly, a person who has no clue about recruitment & talent acquisition takes your interview. There's a person named Pooja Dutta who has recently started her career is taking interview of a candidate who has an experience of 2.5 years. Since it is a start up, they lack good resources in their company and they don't deserve your effort or time because the people who'll be interviewing you are incompetent. Please don't join here if you want to feel demotivated. 6 days working with an expectation of individual contribution and lot of responsibilities. Talent Acquisition people should have a recheck on their current team members as because of them you might lose an opportunity to hire good candidates
