They allow working remotely, promote professional growth learning opportunities, paid holidays, and free lunch Tuesdays at the offices, for all three shifts. There are summer and winter parties and profit-sharing checks twice a year. InMotion cares about their employees and encourage them to become better in all areas possible. They even pay up to half for education. Most employees have to work their way up from entry-level technical support or customer service positions. Our team members are encouraged to let their Supervisor know if they would like to switch shifts due to scheduling conflicts or if they realize their current shift is not ideal for their work life balance. \n\nWe understand things can get busy for our customer-facing team members in times of high volume.
