Management never had SOPs. They just fly by the seat of their pants.
New Management cleaned house and used covid as an excuse.
Product serves a purpose and gets the job done, however, there are other products that are better and do more. Not alot of money to be made. Horrible commission plans.
Very micromanaged. Both at home and in office. Mangement is very Jr. And has no idea how to lead a team, drive revenue. All you will see are charts and spreadsheets.
Pay is at the low end
No real growth. All promises. Once you have hit and done everything and more they still won't promote. Only favorites.
There are plenty of other companies in the area that are considerably better to work for in Sales.
They hire Jr. Reps because they can pay low salary and these poor reps have no idea what is right or wrong.

Send your managers to management training. Have precise SOPs.
Have clear cut growth marks. And once you reach the agreement ... then promote.
You cleaned house by using covid as the excuse then posted job opportunities. Bad form.
This company will eventually sell. Be honest with the company.
Don't throw junk on the wall and see if it will stick. Do research and have a commission plan that actually works
Know the difference between a standard and a goal.
If you want to survive in this market you need top talent but if you want top talent pay top salary and keep those loyal to you.
Very disappointed in this company and what I saw happen.

With management changes our team went downhill very quickly, the whole team vibe turned negative
VERY micromanaged
Company has been around for 20 + years but has not grown
The product is decent but all competitors are way larger companies and essentially the same thing
no room for growth at all, especially in sales
Very obvious favortism

You will be given many resources to be successful in your role. Must be able to prospect well to be successful. Call volume is high, but not unrealistic. Company is undergoing change, but seem to be headed into a better direction.

On track earnings isn't what was reported when taking offer. Management has undergone many changes, some good but some bad. Employees complained to management about a certain manager and nothing changed. No training for growth and those who have been promoted from ADR's to ESE's failed and were let go shortly afterward. Most successful months are tied to having good months via inbound luck.

- Zero Micro-management. You're given your instruction and assistance if/when you need it, otherwise, you're left to your own devices
- Super helpful team - Everyone is only a Slack message away from helping you out, and everyone is willing to make time to help you out
- Customers don't hate you - I've worked for a few software companies and I've fielded a LOT of angry customers. Here, I might get stressed customers, but they are never mad at me/the company
- The software is pretty great - This is a platform that, when I use it (Frequently in my job), I actually enjoy using it. It's intuitive, so training on it and learning new features is easy.
- Work life balance is good - managers actively tell you that you leave your work at work. It's understood that sometimes you might work a bit later, but otherwise, work while you're there, relax when you're not.
- COMPANY. CULTURE. It's fantastic, I haven't met a single person at the company that I didn't like (there's normally always one, but haven't found that person here)

The office manager Kristen is awesome, and some of the coworkers make it great. Marketing team makes an effort to put out content. CS team and CS lead are always friendly and helpful.

Where to begin...Management lacks transparency, micro manages, high turnover on entire sales team, they are just hiring to fill seats and it’s a lacking experience with no coaching only antagonizing about metrics that are ever-changing and unattainable. They beg employees to give positive reviews on Glassdoor to hide how employees are truly treated. I joined InMotionNow hoping to make a difference in a startup and left with such a sour taste in my mouth for how they actually treat employees who dedicate time money and effort for a LESS than comparable triangle salary in terms of base pay and and impossible OTE to reach, even when you hit goals.

The company has recently invested in quality sales people and sales leadership. The culture is changing for the good and people are becoming more successful as a result. With the sales team growing, there is potential for people to be promoted from within and excel in their career, where ch is very exciting. People seem to be very helpful and supportive, which makes it a great place to be.
