-salaries are always payed on time;
-extra activities such as pool parties, team buildings, drinking together, Christmas party;
-relaxation room;
-can work from home when needed;
-salaries go up significantly with experience;
-management respects promises.

-management lacks involvement and doesn't really understand what happens in the firm;
-one member of the management lacks the experience needed for the position he holds. unfortunately he doesn't know that, which translates to poor management, slow learning, bad management decisions.
