Back in 2016, a very absent and disorganized founder. Routine leadership changes. Confused vision. These have mostly been fixed with the new investors and leadership team.

Lots of perks, such as unlimited PTO and lunches twice a week. Great office environment and very friendly coworkers. I enjoyed the work I did while there and had a chance to work alongside some talented people. Very fast paced environment at times, start up vibe even though they have been around a little while. I only left because I decided to follow a better career opportunity.

Because of the fast pace, sometimes there was a bit of chaos / disorganization at times. Also, some of the leadership team is new and as a result, very inexperienced in how they manage their teams.
