Growing quickly, lots of new roles, people tend to stay for a long time, friendly teams, good benefits, good facilities, flexible working, paid breaks, lots of students and graduate roles, social event, free parking, easier to get to than city centre.

It is sad, the main company is being degraded by the very very small USA office

A fly on the wall would get some good laughs at this dark comedy
|
This is about Innovative Technology in Pewaukee WI. It is a a small satellite company of the main company in the United Kingdom. A head hunter may approach you with promises of growth, and rapid advancement. It is all a scam. The head hunter will lead you through and coach you for the interview process with Innovative Technology and warn you not to be negative, weird or talk much in your interview. This is because they just want you to get hired so they can get paid a finder's fee. They will also attempt to get you to endure at least 90 days for another payout.
It sounds easy to do but the management in Pewaukee is so bad they have open issues with many things like questions, training, long hair, tattoos, beards, work life balance, late paychecks, OSHA, EEOC, FILMA, and the list is long. I have seen third world lemonade stands with better management. The atmosphere in the Pewaukee office resembles the intolerance of the 1960s in Alabama.
They are devious and as proof they pump up their rating on Glassdoor by requesting current employees to give raving reviews, very slanted and subjective, read some you will see they are all very similar like they were all cut and pasted, like sheep they do what they are told. This Pewaukee office matches the definition of insanity because the amount of people they have gone through in a year is eleven. You would think this would be a clue that something is rotten in the Pewaukee office.
If you question anything they label you as negative and start to isolate you from the group and actively try and annoy and demean you. They play the victim when they are called out for their incompetence and horrible treatment of the employees. Don't let them lure you away from a good job or any other job opportunities. Get everything they say or promise in writing. Even better, don't bother with the drama and avoid them.
The company response to this will be general propaganda trying to belittle any realistic review or pointing the finger at the inadequate or disgruntled reviewer. They remind me of overly positive people that never learn because they avoid the reality of the negative issues that need to be dealt with. Shoot the messenger and gut the talent if they request an adult understanding of the real issues. Employing mindless sheep that always say yes is their mode of operation.
