Everyone in the organization is extremely nice. Teammates are really helpful and collaborative. The company cares about quality of life. For eg, as part of the converting to remote, HR has created a section in Culture about reducing burnout by using the Pomodoro method (in short, setting a timer to ensure that you regularly take breaks). This is a popular method for agile coaches to enhance team performance. The company encourages that people respect working hours - it's not to say if you have a deadline, you shouldn't do everything to meet it, but it does mean that the goal is not to be in a constant state of fire drills. The Founders are well respected in the space. Real commitment to DEI - not just lip service.
Business
The business is very good shape, right place, right time, great team. CTV and OTT are emerging as dominant in adtech. Company wide OKRs exist for everyone to see in a public confluence space. This has all the OKRs by function. Company stresses agility and tries makes data driven decisions - this can be a negative if you're not of this mindset and like tons of structure. Plenty of ownership of your work/responsibilities.

Multiple time zones make working with colleagues in other regions a little challenging. Slack can be a little challenging to navigate, as there are a lot of channels and people don't always follow best practices around Threads and Replies. Could improve bridging the cultures between regions. Due to saturation of people from adtech/martech, sometimes perspectives might be missed. This isn't a con for me, but for some if they want a highly structured or regimented life, that's not here.
