The people I interacted with within the whole organisation were very friendly and helpful regardless of how high up the ladder they were.
They encourage training and improvement.

They seem to have hit a big growth spurt quite quickly and are still figuring out how to do things now that they are a bigger company

- This place is not for everyone but sky is the limit if you are a high performer.
- Great place to grow yourself professionally if you are up for the challenge.
- CEO strongly believes in a good work life balance.

- The company did not have a 401k match but through employee surveys they listened and introduced a competitive 401k match in 2019.
- Depending on the complexity of projects, sometimes managing tasks may feel overwhelming but if you know how to multi-task efficiently you should be able to navigate with ease. Hence this place may not be ideal for the average Joe.
