You get paid on time. Some people working there are nice. Free coffee. And that is pretty much it.

Greedy management. They don't treat their employees in the best way and always try to get advantage of them. I would say they are abusive. Plus, one of the owner's wife is the one that really manages the company according to her mood. Their employee rotation is very high, and the working environment is not comfortable.
