The CEO held employee meetings every 3 months, giving everyone an update on how the company was doing and what to look forward to for the next quarter. I would assist in scheduling kick off calls, shipments for Inova and 3rd party hardware items, delivering the specs and other details of hardware, any returns necessary along with crediting the cost of the items. Additionally, I aided in helping to maintain the Support Site through Inova Solutions. This would involve meticulous attention to detail on editing permission through users as well as groups, and adding new users to our CRM system to track their usage on the Support Site. I had meetings daily with each department of the company, so part of my day would always include compiling information necessary to present to management personnel during such meetings. I had a fulfilling experience with Inova Solutions acting as a funnel through most of the departments throughout the company.
