- Turnover is pretty high (normal in high paced consulting firms).
- Bad PTO policy.
- It can be lonely, since lots of times you won't be working with teammates from your company, you will work with client site teammates, so the company feeling will get lost from time to time.

One of the main company values that drew me to InRhythm was its focus on career growth. InRhythm truly values continual learning and this is evident in the people it employs. In the short time I've been on the InRhythm team, it's become evident that I'm working with some of the smartest, most driven employees of my career. Everyone has been very welcoming and accessible starting from the CEO, Gunjan, through the ranks. Given my background of working in smaller startups, I was a little hesitant of consulting with larger enterprise customers, but InRhythm's concept of “pods” has made this transition a seamless one. Since I started during the pandemic everyone has been working remotely, but the effort to stay connected via slack channels and weekly Zoom meetings has shown how much they value keeping that strong sense of community. If you are someone who enjoys constantly learning and growing you would fit right in with this group.

Amazing career growth - great people!

I've worked at InRhythm for ~6 years now. Since joining the company, I have consulted for 5 awesome clients ranging from entertainment to fortune 100 fintech companies. I have really enjoyed the opportunity to work on projects for our diverse clientele, leveling up my knowledge each time. Even though most teams use similar frameworks, everyone does things differently, which has taught me to be able to adapt to any team dynamic.
In the past 6 years, my career and skill set has skyrocketed from being able to do work for so many different teams at various clients, as well as mentoring other engineers and working on their career paths and goals. It has been incredible to see the company grow over the years, as well as meeting and working with so many talented individuals.
Company town halls are now monthly with great transparency in addition to highlighting the work of our amazing team members.
The biggest pro in my opinion is the people. I have worked with so many great people over the years - engineers, designers, people on the operations team, as well as the CEO & CTO - and at the end of the day, it's the relationships and experiences I have built with everyone that makes working here such a blast.

Having worked in both large corporate and small startup like companies, I have always appreciated the fast paced nature and transparency of a smaller team. At InRhythm, my voice is heard and my career has been able to grow in a track that in line with my goals. As someone who had gone on maternity leave prior to COVID and returning in the midst of everything going on, InRhythm stood by me and made sure I was taken care of. As with any small company, there has been growing pains, but it takes a special kind of leadership team to understand not only how to make things better, but also how to deliver things to make it better. I have worked alongside some of the brightest people in the tech industry and have seen InRhythm continue to grow in a positive way. The monthly town halls and constant communication to the team is amazing and very much appreciated.
