- InSided has a great culture, where everybody is welcome to share ideas and take initiative. It has a no-blaming but play-hard mindset, where one can learn tons from other peers and from the rich ecosystem that InSided has created.
- Tech wise, you get to deal with a very rich and innovative infrastructure. It's incredible what one can learn in the team
- People are very approachable, from peers to CEO (for real)
- One feels part of the family very quickly

Ambitious and fun (with a twist!)

All of the basics are there in regards to salary, appliances, laptops, phone, the offices (both Amsterdam & New York) are great. Good locations, a lot of opportunity to be inspired by the surroundings. Two remarkable things: 1) The people, very international, young, direct and definitely a little crazy. 2) The vibe, there's a lot of partying, and attention to detail (like an easter party, monthlies/quarterlies, several dutch holiday themed parties, womens day celebrations), free food & drinks & a lot of freedom to create the working atmosphere you're comfortable in.

No cons. I came in from a corporate, and inSided has been a complete breath of fresh air. A true testament to being able to work hard & play hard, be ambitious and let loose sometimes.
