Complete boys club. Female input is rarely considered. Execs seem to get off on undermining the voices of female managers. When events aren't successful and budgets need to be cut, they layoff the hardest workers instead of restructuring or switching to a more sustainable business model. Salaries are laughable

At one point in time, I would have said working there felt like a family but it's turned into a cut throat environment where most are struggling to stay above water. Almost all the OGs have left and the few who remain do so due to Stockholm syndrome - Insomniac is the only job they've ever known.

No room for upward growth, only one token female department head, laughable salaries, executive team talks down to staff (screaming, cursing, expletives, etc.)
