I will admit it was fun to watch the drama. But, not much of a place to advance, but decent deals for employees, no benefits tho. I have a full time job Monday through Friday, and It affords me the ability to travel several times per year. InSpa has been very understanding of my busy schedule, and shown me the upmost willingness to be helpful and flexible. Additionally I appreciate the loving and supportive work culture and truly like the people I work with. It feels good to walk in to work where people greet you and smile and appreciate you working beside them. There are some amazing long term employees at the company, and I have always felt respected by my managers and corporate. It is very rewarding making customers happy every day. Service discounts/free services, Technicians can trade services, Paid time off, Relaxed work environment.
