The company was growing when I was there and did a good job maintaining projects both large and small. I actually miss working there. You could tell that people cared about the customers because coworkers where always working late. I wish them luck and recommend them. It was a growing company so occasionally you would work on one project then the same day be switched to meet another project deadline. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 856147 Open One week they said they would buy lunches every Friday. That for some reason stopped.. Perhaps people wanted to eat different things? Bring it back! 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Mar 8th, 2021 06:33PM Mar 8th, 2021 06:33PM Inspirable
private:inspirable https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=856147 Apr 13th, 2017 12:00AM Open Open Inspirable Customer Service Representative Seattle, WA I recomend this company I worked for Inspirable for nearly 14 months as a CSR. They provided ample training during my first 2 weeks of employment, and the management was there when I needed them for for assistance with a customer request or project. Despite what the previous poster wrote (who is probably with a competitor), the office was first class and over looked Elliott Bay in DT Seattle. They provide free unlimited coffee and tea's which was a plus for me. They also paid for transportation which my previous employer didn't offer. The office is also next to Pike Place market which was great for walking to lunch. There where a couple of very talented designers I remember working with who had a lot of skill and would turn around work orders in a very timely manner which I found impressive. Over all, I supported a large variety of customers ranging from small companies to larger, older well established ones. Working for this company gave me a unique learning experience about web design and hosting and I'm grateful for the experience. There was one time I requested a week off to travel to my grand mothers (out of state). It took the managers a week to give me an answer if I could take my requested week off. Not complaining about it, but kept my grammy waiting for a 1 week lol. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 856147 Open Add soft drinks along with the coffee and tea you gave out for free. You where discussing paying for employee lunches every Friday by ordering delivery. I don't think that ever happened. That would be a great perk to offer. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Mar 8th, 2021 06:33PM Mar 8th, 2021 06:33PM Inspirable
private:inspirable https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=856147 Aug 13th, 2014 12:00AM Open Open Inspirable Web Designer Seattle, WA Poorly run A decent waterfront location; however, the office is interior and has zero windows so you better like terrible fluorescent lighting. The two people who run the office have no idea what they are doing. They are sales people, not IT managers; or managers at all for that matter. They can barely handle finances as I experienced outages in our timesheet service, bus passes, and CRM all due to non-payment. Projects get pushed aside until the client repeatedly calls to cancel their services, then all of a sudden their project becomes top priority which throws all other projects off. There is literally no project timeline here. They have no values, they do not care for the customer until they threaten to take money away from the business. I had made several attempts to improve the way things are done in the office only to have every suggestion shrugged-off. The key to getting anything done in this office is to make the two 'managers' think that your idea was actually theirs...then they will implement it. You will not have the resources you need to do your job; I was working off of my own laptop and a monitor I had to bring in from home (again, this is supposed to be a web design firm). They use an asinine combination of gmail, DropBox, and a horrible CRM called Insightly to 'manage' projects and project files. They also list 'full-time' as 10-5 with a one hour lunch break; 30 hours a week is NOT full-time. In addition, while you arrive at work at 10AM the two 'managers' don't even come in until after noon. Sense...this makes none. Lastly, I was never paid even close to the wage that was promised in pre-employment discussions (even the craigslist add listed the hourly as $3 more than what I was getting). Having had enough, I found a fulfilling job and never looked back. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 2.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 856147 Open You really don't belong in web design. 0.0 [] PART_TIME No No 1.0 Mar 8th, 2021 06:33PM Mar 8th, 2021 06:33PM Inspirable
