-Some great people work there and some are super talented and hard working.
-The employees are invested in the company and try hard to make it successful.
-Fun events and games to constantly keep employees engaged.
-Making employees lives better is important work and a noble cause.

-Too much resistance to change on EVERY level.
-Communication is non-existent.

This Was A Great Company Until Sodexo Got Involved

- There are some wonderful people who work for this company
- The company is really good at its core business, which is Milestone/Service Anniversaries
- Company pays 100% of employees' insurance
|
- Lack of clarity and focus on the strategic direction of the company (hence the loss of most major clients in the past 12 months)
- Leadership has gotten bloated. The company used to be flat and agile. Now, it has too many layers for a company of 135 employees.
- Sodexo is a food services company that bought a technology company. They don't know what to do with it.
- Turnover in the Executive Team. This company used to have an Executive Team that truly cared for its people. This is nothing more than a facade under the new regime (Sodexo). At least half of the current Executive Team works remotely. When they are in the office, they sit in the Board Room working on the strategy du jour.

- Get back to the basics.
- Give up on being all things to all people.
- Go back to being a company that truly cares for the employees. If you need to learn how to do that, call the former owner of the company.
- Hold people accountable. Stop pointing the finger at the wrong people just so it can make for a better story to the powers that be in Paris.

The company is filled with great people.
|
They changed our positions before the end of 2017. They expected us all to do whatever they wanted and "trust" them. They were to present a new compensation plan and then chose not to because they didn't realize it would be so much work to implement a new program mid-year.
They move very slowly to change, enhance, etc. processes and products. The company is losing their top clients and I am weary of the sustainability of the business.

Delusional leadership team, kiss up and kick-down mentality of fiefdoms. Beware of favoritism to Salt Lake City residents versus people living in Texas. Pay is substandard to say the least.

Good company to work for, regular list of benefits, nice work environment and helpful corporate culture. Management is engaged. They look internally for promotions before going outside of the company to hire for an opening. People are helpful and willing to pitch in to get a job doe. Inspirus is consistently on the Best Companies to Work for in Texas list.

Offices are cramped do to rapid growth. You can find yourself working long hours during peak periods. We are in a competitive industry.

Client relationships are very positive, great working environment with peers

Leadership is not good since acquisition by Sodexo. Workload has at least doubled and no compensation to make up for that. Culture is eroding. Sodexo leadership is rarely in office but making sweeping changes. Selling technology that is not developed. No growth potential unless in IT.
