The company used to be flat and agile. Now, it has too many layers for a company of 135 employees. - Sodexo is a food services company that bought a technology company. They don't know what to do with it. - Turnover in the Executive Team. This company used to have an Executive Team that truly cared for its people. This is nothing more than a facade under the new regime (Sodexo). At least half of the current Executive Team works remotely. They changed our positions before the end of 2017. They expected us all to do whatever they wanted and "trust" them. They were to present a new compensation plan and then chose not to because they didn't realize it would be so much work to implement a new program mid-year. They move very slowly to change, enhance, etc. processes and products. Management is engaged. They look internally for promotions before going outside of the company to hire for an opening. People are helpful and willing to pitch in to get a job doe. Inspirus is consistently on the Best Companies to Work for in Texas list. Offices are cramped do to rapid growth. You can find yourself working long hours during peak periods. Workload has at least doubled and no compensation to make up for that. Culture is eroding. Sodexo leadership is rarely in office but making sweeping changes. Selling technology that is not developed.
