Small company which is improving

Overall it's a good place and is getting better. The people are great and really care about the success of the company. It's small and everyone knows each other, and the work that everyone does really matters. The new CEO seems to be bringing energy, communication, and helping the company be profitable. It is starting to grow, a lot of jobs have been opening up. Flexible hours, and working from home if you need to is nice as well.

The benefits have pros and cons - kind of expensive per pay but the plans are good. 401k could be improved.

Not much to say here, the place is a zoo, no direction, completely reactive, executives are incompetent, completely delusional and absolutely clueless.
|
Where to start? Weak Sr leadership...very weak...no vision, delusional, cannot execute. Tells the market its product is modern but in fact runs on legacy technology. Horrible technology leadership, especially in software development, a lot of talk and no action. Poor financials. Stay away at all cause.
