Nice offices, with flexible space

There is an overriding culture of bullying right at the very top. They have restructured the PR side of the business so many times to address the issues but not stopped the bullying culture at all. It just gets moved around.
HR are dreadful - incompetent and dishonest.
The company lacks vision, diversity of thought and creativity.
