Great place to work. Managers are very helpful and encouraging. It is a good job for anyone who likes to make their own schedule. A normal day would consist of calling the home owner to let them know you will be taking multiple pictures of the home. The pay is set and you can count on it never changing. The company needs you to get your surveys done so they will do what they can to accommodate if you communicate your needs. It is challenging to take time off longer than 4 or 5 days. You do need to be in decent physical condition due to the handling of some of the equipment needed for adequate roof photos. Pay was always on time. Support from my FS was amazing. she later promoted to regional and remained available if I needed her. I recently moved and have stayed with the IRS family. I measure the house for square footage and come up with a replacement cost for insurance companies, I also do appraisals for banks as well.
