Co-workers were helpful and the Production Support team was a great team to be on. I worked remotely which is common at this company.

The company as whole was making a lot of changes very quickly, and it seemed like they couldn't focus on one objective for very long. This led to a lot of inefficiency as they tried to finally catch up to modern workplace practices after very little change for 20 years.

They can't retain talent. Leadership thinks the solution to their problems is outsourcing to India. The CEO wants to rebrand the company as a remote only company and expects buy-in across the board. You don't get buy-in from monthly town hall meetings where you posture about sales targets to a couple hundred boxes in Zoom. But I'm sure you'll "meet" your revenue targets this year for your annual bonus.
