Glassdoor won't let me tell the story of what happened, so I'll just give my best overview of the company from my year there:
Between September and October, 3 of the top 5 sales people walked out the door, myself included. A variety of the new agents have also quit (after we left), and a few of the admins have moved on as well.
This company is going downhill fast. Management is incompetent and won't listen to the agents telling them the correct decision to make, even in unison. The company promotes theft which is apparently not only not punished, but actively encouraged between agents now. One of the primary reasons myself and at least 7 other agents have quit in the last 30 days.
Management won't fix it. CEO won't demote/fire the leadership that is driving the company into the dirt.
But the biggest reason you should avoid Medigap360 is because of the lies and the pay:
They will tell you that you'll make six figures, but the only person there that does has been there over 7 years. The next closest has only been there only a year and a half, and makes closer to 20k. There is a massive divide in both time with the company and pay that they cannot bridge. They can't keep people there for over a year for a reason. That's about the time you realize that you're making less than 20k a year (no where near "six figures"). But it gets worse!
On top of that, for the $400 you make a week, you'll be getting "draw". Draw is a fancy term for a 0% interest loan from the company to push you up to $400. Most new agents end up with $3000-4000 in DEBT to the company in their first year. Imagine drawing a small paycheck like this, and being returned to pay BACK a percent of it to the company. In reality, you make something like $15k your first year, and accrue $4,000 in debt (average).
They also just changed the way their renewals work, which was the single biggest mistake the incompetent leadership could have made. Not only do you not get your renewals unless you're meeting a new quota that not one single agent hit while I worked there, but they have packaged it in a way that you could hit your quota every single month, for two straight years, and if one month you take a vacation, have a funeral, an extended sick leave, and you miss your quota for the month? THEY WILL SHUT YOUR RENEWAL PAYCHECK OFF. Completely.
This company is obliterating itself from the inside and the insanely high turnover rate currently should be a red flag. As long as they have gullible, young, talented people to exploit, they really have no reason to change. But with the direction they are taking now, I give Medigap360 about 14-16 months before it hemorrhages enough money that the owner just shuts it down completely. Which will leave you without a job anyway.
Avoid at all costs.

The Todds have built a nice money-making business for themselves from the efforts of unsuspecting and hard-working agents. This is a borderline Ponzi scheme but somehow they keep getting away with it. They hire a bunch of agents and put them on the sales floor. A few will stick and by the time those agents start getting renewals, the Todds find a way to get rid of them so they can keep all the renewals. Nice business if you can sleep at night knowing you have ripped off families.

For the almost year I was there I saw people being let go everyday! The worst part is some insurance agents had been there and built up there renewal base and lost it when Todds let them go. One guy was about to buy a home another lady about to retire. Any bad reviews you read about the company believe it and then some.
