Caring family culture and relaxed office environment. Training is hands on and during ramp up everything is about coaching and training opportunities.
Office is growing from 15 to 40 sales people in the next 6 months. Completely remote environment during coronavirus scare. The company made sure sales/admin staff were safe and working from home. They continue to hire and grow during this time.
If you know phone sales then Medigap360 can and does teach you Medicare and all other things you need to know to be successful and hit a very good income.
No one here is planning on going anywhere at all.

I would not work there. They will steal your renewals in the end. The owner and manager have drug and alcohol problems. They will keep you until the end of January and dump you and keep your renewals.

When you have your job hanging over your head and any moment you could be fired that is not really motivating. Plus I didn’t get properly trained. This company had the worst training I had ever been through. I was fired (told they didn’t feel it was a good fit.). It was interesting how there was a big carpet stain outside the company door and more large carpet stains in the game area.

This company is based on lies. The manager is not truthful unless it is for personal gain. The benefits are horrible, you do not get holiday pay and PTO accrues very slowly. The only positive about this company is the little bit of flexibility to come and go if you have an outside appointment. People who should be let go are still employed and the good people who actually work, get let go on a farce of a reason. Stay away from this company, Prescription Lifeline and Olenka Management, as they are all owned by the same person.

Real, Caring and Honest Sales Team- Awesome Services

At Medigap360 all I have to do is sell. They have the technology, the companies, the leads and all the support I need. The team is awesome and managers are well balanced and can get on the phone and do it themselves, which is very rare in the sales world.
When you aren't feeling it, there are others who are and they'll call you out and help you get over yourself and on the board.
We offer almost every company and product in all 50 states so I never have to toe the company line. I can work for the customer and do whats best for them, and am required to.
People from time to time don't make it here but that's normal for any organization that demands 360 degree excellence.

I wish it was what they said it was going to be. It turns out the job was not even remotely what was offered pre-hire. Pay is low, turnover is high. Over promised under delivered. They are now hiring under Olenka Mgt.

Huge income potential

This is a great place to work with lots of income potential. The culture is fun and laid-back but still maintains it's professionalism. Tons of great leads, no cold calling. Weekly pay and health benefits. Free snacks, ping pong table, business casual dress. The first year income is usually around 50-60k and the 2nd year is considerably higher with your commissions on the plan renewals.
