The money they could make at literally ANY other brokerage is exponentially more. They need to put agents on a commission system, not hourly. On the surface they're really great people who appear to be honest and have a small company that focuses on the individual. Unfortunately, there is no structure within management and too many leaders within the rank and file who have been there for years and often override any instructions or changes given by the rotating managers they bring in to try and organize the company. Added to the lies about whether or not a position is full-time, part-time, sales or service, or if you're in a seasonal position, and this is one company to avoid. Too many people were let go as being in 'seasonal positions' to avoid the rigors they would have to go through to fire the individual with lies as to how they could be rehired when the company has no intention of ever doing so.
