Overloaded and not enough time in the working day to get everything done. Team leads are worthless can't lead and don't follow up with questions after meetings. If you want to be overloaded and not feel like you are making a difference than this is the job for you.

Poor training, team leads never get back to you on questions or ideas to improve work flow etc, did not feel like I had any value to the company, no loyalty

Company culture was crumbling quickly. Took the fastest way out. Not being disloyal as there was never a sense of community while working there. Felt more like everyone was in it for self.

All an illusion
|
A typical day at work is fast paced, filled with constant phone calls and emails. I learned a lot but I can't say that it was because of any structured training. You just had to kind of "figure it out" and pray it's right. Management is a joke starting with the CEO who never speaks to you unless you're in his inner circle and cusses like a sailor.
This place in the beginning seems like Disney Land. Everyone is nice with a causal open concept environment. There are annual boat / holiday parties and happy hour on Friday's, but it's all an illusion. No one is happy. Then one day you get a text message from your manager, asking you to come in or dial in to a conference call just to be fired.

The employees are awesome and events are fun.

Underpaid, overworked and not appreciated.

The CEO wasn’t very professional and frequently used profanity on company-wide conference calls. No one took accountability for their actions; poor training techniques & very poor communication with no one to turn to. Highly favored those that were apart of the “CIRCLE”. The incentives that we “producers” earned from companies whom we sold for were kept by home office & never given to those who earned it! Management changed every quarter with no leadership experience.

I have nothing bad to say about Insureon except that the CEO wasn’t very professional and frequently used profanity on company-wide conference calls. The manager at the location where I worked did play favorites (although it didn’t affect me I did see it happening). She would eventually throw those favorites under the bus to save herself. This wasn’t a company I planned to work for forever.

Poorly managed
|
I enjoyed working with my tech customers. There is no clear chain of command, several vice presidents. Some employees did not even have someone to report to. The goals of the position required me to work about 80 hours per week. I received commission but no compensation for the extra hours. Management was insulting condescending and belittling. Management blatantly plays favorites.
