We were also given the option for dental/vision/medical, which is convenient and appropriate, as people didn't want to lose their jobs more than at a place that requires the same amount of work, for a lot less compensation. People were motivated and when you looked at the expansion of the company and how rapidly it had already grown, it got you eager to consider advancement opportunities. I can say that working for and having a job with constant interaction and work to do, with motivation to hit a goal every month and the benefits we enjoyed from hard work, made this employment the best I have had so far in terms of success, personal life results, and daily average self esteem. I will always want and require a position that provides incentive for my work, daily! When you are interviewed you are told you will be making $40,000 a year in actuality they will pay you $35,000 until they feel you have finished your training which could be months. They tell you that you will work a couple late nights then you get your schedule and you will have 4 nights till close which is 11pm. Not to mention there sales goals they are unrealistic and designed for you to fail so the company can pocket the money, for example they want you to sell 60 policies a month and if you only sell 45 you don't make a dime on those policies because you didn't come with in 10% of your goal. So my advice is don't waste your time buying into their smoke and mirrors as to what a great company they are it's all LIES!!!
