The best thing what i found working here is we are not hired to give support/maintenance to any application. I was passionate to be a developer who works on real time projects and deal with real time development challenges, and this company made this all true, i am working as per my passion.
i am very thankful to them.
1.Friendly environment.
2. Freedom for every one to express their views and ideas which eliminates any kind of politics freshers may face in other companies.
3. Great exposure to work on latest technologies as well as exposure of working in enterprise level projects in very starting age of your career.
4. Frequent refreshment trips from company to explore different part of Muscat.

Really really nice people. Full stop. Nicest bunch of people I've ever worked with and I worked at a jet ski resort when I was 21. Insync Productions are a family run, team based production company - the ethics and morale of which you feel a mile off and they support and nurture you from the ground up. The events I have been part of from my start date four months ago have been innovative, rewarding and real eye opening. Their kit is brand new, second to none with LS9 48 channel desks, a stock of lighting including new pointies and a logistics department who are bang on.
