Although we hear it, "Slow to hire, quick to fire", it is great that the time is taken to fully vet new employees. Removing them should be faster, even if it means that someone that isn't perfect takes the seat. Perhaps hiring should take a more "Agile" approach?

Employees are nice although a lot of them are fake

Be aware if you get in engineering department you will have no life unless you are ok with being verbally abused and exploited. I have left a good job for this place close to home which I regretted every day after only two weeks at the job. To be honest is a mystery to me how could have a person that is in-charge of engineering department be there. You can be humiliated almost for no reason in front of everybody and everyone will be like “huh it is ok this happens time to time to everybody”, “it is normal you got to understand that this is the way of communication from that side”! Seriously people are you so desperate for this job to get used to? You will get reminded who you are within the company every time a chance appears either directly or indirectly. Not sure if the owner or the investors doesn’t see this or they just look the other way since this will be a way to have sheep instead of workers. You will be expected to work extra hours every day and not just an hour here and there but pretty much all the time you are not sleeping. When I quit due to not being able to take this no more I thought I will regret but it was so easy to find another job that actually pays almost 30k more; although I had to relocate. If you are young and want to build a career in a respectful environment this is not a place for you do not repeat my mistake. I wish all the comments out here would have been the truth.

Everyone there are stressed out and not quite sure if this strategy of exhausting people is good for the business. Please look into the behavior of your subordinates more closely. A lot of people are probably afraid to lose their job if they express what they really feel.
