Some good projects
You will surely learn because, no one complains about more work in office even though you don't surely know what time does your office timings end because you are busy trying to meet highly inhuman deadlines.
Good for beginners uf you don't mind working long hours.
Improving in terms of tech atleast recently but not sure what will happen as they are acquired by Mitratech which according to me don't care about it's employees but trust more on metrics.
Apartment for a year when you join is worth more than what you are asked to pay. ( 3 months free)
Get to work end to end on projects.

Not for people who want work life balance
Not a company for long term. After a year or two learning ends for most people except in few teams who always get good projects(very few)
70% of engineering team was laid off in an suddenly planned 30 minute meeting, but the CEO couldn't inform employees even though process had begun long back, literally none of engineering team knew about it until the meeting. 3 days before a new year project was was planned but that merely seemed like a distraction to hide details.

1. Initial good salary for a fresher.
2. Lots of office celebrations like halloween, diwali, christmas which will help you stay cheerful and works as a good break from monotenous work life.
3.Few of the managers are really good and understands their peers problems and helps them.
And that's all folks.

The cons start where your learning curve reaches to a halt or after about 6 months to 1 year in the company.
1. It starts with high expectations from you. Just because you have worked 1 year in this company, some of the managers you to know everything in INSZOOM.
2. After that comes the pressure of completing a task as soon as possible, even if you don't know that technology they won't provide any help. You have to learn it yourself outside office hours and then implement it.
3. Then comes review. If after a lot of hard work and a lot extra hours (> 60 hours a week) you manage to complete the task if your manager feels you are not upto the mark they will give very less points in review which will ultimately reflect in your salary. All your extra hours doesn't matter at all.
4. There is no fixed quota of salary for a particular designation, you can be that unlucky one who gets payed less than his/her peers but the amount of work you have to do is of the same level as those employees who are paid much more than you.
5. Over that due to this COVID-19 situation, they have stopped a lot of allowances and deferred all the performance bonus and hikes indefinately. And found a scheme to retain employees, by making them sign an agreement to stay one more year in this company in return provide compensation for a work table / chair and monitor for work. If you don't opt for them, you are marked to get laid off.

Please maintain a fixed salary quota for a particular designation. That difference in salary leads to lot of discontent between employees.
Also in this post COVID-19 situation, try to encourage employees to have work life balance. Don't expect every employee to work 12 hours every day, with reduced salary and no benefits/compensations along with these tactical schemes. This is initiating a lot of talks inside company which will end up harming your own reputation. Try to keep your employees happy, then you can expect work to go smoothly.
