I was forced to write positive reviews when I worked there. The true pros: They are willing to hire employees without experience. You can use this opportunity to learn a thing or two about the web marketing industry. Use this as a stepping stone in your career. Do your time and move on to another company that will value you and your work. No company values, morals or ethics. The company has two owners: Roger and Danny. Roger is openly shallow; he will hire women based on their looks. He degrades employees and humiliates them instead of giving constructive criticism and helping them grow as professionals. Danny is the nicer one of the two but will make you lie to customers to retain them. FYI I am not including the owners of the company. An hour lunch. Think about this.. Pro was an hour lunch...just saying... Owners are the worst! Every worker gets insulted and talked to condescendingly. You will get zero recognition, but you will get your daily fill of degrading remarks. They place the blame on me for clients leaving even though it was due to them forgetting because they’re not organized. They made me feel stupid and not capable of doing my work. My supervisor and co workers were awesome and they made work bearable. Lunch was the best time of the day to escape all the degrading and constant disrespect and insults. Payday was awesome. Who doesn't like getting paid? Employee outings were fun and potlucks had food from different cultures. ALOT. ALOT. ALOT. OK first of all they have one office and two companies inside but they both are handled by the two same people. This review is for both companies Intact Info because initially I was hired by that company, but soon saw myself doing work for his other company Unbiazed. They are both the same and this review is for both Intact Info and Unbiazed. Honestly, I don't even know where to start with this. When I first came in I was stoked to be working here. Slowly did things change. This company lies to clients to keep them from going away and is their only way they're still in business today. The people who run the show are very rude. Be ready to wear multiple hats. Get ready as there are daily verbal insults everyday and they (the people who run the show) degrade you into thinking you're not confident in your skills. Not even to employees, but to customer service on the phone as well who are an expertise in what they do. I knew I had to get out. One of the main reasons I left as well was because this company has no morals. Why do I say that? The 2 people who run the show, I won't say their name out of respect approached each employee one by one asking if we can help market for people who were convicted of human trafficking in hopes of clearing the bad reputation. They privately asked us all one by one and once I heard that I knew I had to leave right away because this goes against everything that I was taught. Why would you want to stay at a company who works with convicted human traffickers? There is also no benefits at all. I believe their handbook says we will get insurance after 6 months, but that never came - don't quote me on this. I thought this was a very fulfilling work experience. The CEOs were dedicated to their craft and also seem to really care about the growth of their employees. They provided helpful and constructive criticism to improve my blog writing. Overall, they promote an environment that will foster the development and improvement of your skill in this field, and you will learn a lot. Additionally, the workload was manageable, though it will still keep you busy as it is very fast paced. Its very fast paced so there's no time to be complacent; everyone is constantly learning new things. It is also a great place to grow if you're starting out in the field of digital marketing or are interested in writing content. They also have clients from many different professions from medical to retail so you can a learn a lot about how these areas market differently. Those days are gone now, though. The new managers, based in LA, are bad to say the least. They lie as much as they need to in order to keep employees placated, give them a false sense of job security, and then get someone else to do the firing for them. That way, at least they have time to find something else in preparation.
